Are You Desperate To Lose Weight Quickly? Here's a Solution That Works!

Why do I know that this works? Because I used to feel like I'm sure you do now. Nothing worked, I tried all the diets, tried the exercise, even tried the pills, I was that desperate to lose weight quickly. But nothing made any difference, until I found out the simple reason why,and this is it.

All of the weight loss methods I tried were making me feel worse! Yes, that's it. I suddenly had a “Road to Damascus” moment, and in an instant I saw how I could achieve my ambition of fast weight loss, and also, more importantly, I would be able to keep the weight off. It was so simple, I could hardly believe it. The problem was that dieting was making me feel worse, so I was subconsciously wanting to stop my diet!

As soon as I realised what was happening, I analysed the reasons why I was feeling worse,and these were the reasons I found:

  1. I was always hungry
  2. I couldn't see any daily progress
  3. Food shopping was hard work
  4. I had nobody to share with

So how did I go about fixing these problems?

Always hungry? This was a tough one, but I looked at both what andwhen I was eating. I realised that I was trying to leave too long a gap between meals, so when I did eat, I was starving. So I started snacking on healthy foods - mostly fruit.

No daily progress? I put the scales in the garage. I stopped weighing myself for a week (it was tough, but worth it. I now didn't have to worry if my weight didn't go down.

Food shopping? Hey, this is the 21st century? Rather than going to the food store once a week, I planned my meals for a month and ordered everything I could on-line in one go. For the perishables, like fruit, I went to my local store instead of the big out of town store, and actually developed a relationship with the owner. He recommended some great ideas for vegetarian meals too!

Nobody to share with? I was really brave here! I put a small-ad in the local convenience store asking if anyone wanted help with their diet! Amazingly, a girl from the next block answered it, and we became diet buddies (and real friends too). Sometimes you've got to get out of your comfort zone if you want to make something happen.
