Get on all fours. Now extend your legs out straight so you're on your toes. With your upper body, get your elbow positioned under your shoulder area. You should now have you elbows underneath in line with your shoulders. Bring your body parallel with the floor.
Hold stiff and engage your abs and squeeze your butt. You are now holding a plank. You can also hold a high plank (similar to a push up position) these two moves will engage you abs with a single crunch. Now, a little but more unique than this move. There's no crunches here.
