It is a sad fact that we all take our quality of life for granted. We look to rub along okay, so why should we worry? What too few of us do is to try and maintain a level of health which substantially reduces the possibility of disease. All too often we start to take exercise because we have become overweight or someone points out the error of our idle ways.
