My Running Experience For Weight Loss

I will let you know my experience about weight loss by running. I had tried various other exercises like walking, roller balding, swimming, cycling and many more but I found running more effective among all. Although rest of them is effective too but I have lost 5 pounds in a week that is really a great experience of mine. I wanted to share it with you so that you can get an idea that which exercise is best among all for weight loss. Now, you can go for running too. If anyone is willing to go for running then make sure you are starting slowly. Do not run too fast in the beginning. However, you can gradually speed up and that is more helping. I remember that when I started running, I tried to work out slowly and steadily and I never get sick but one of my fellows who started running with me, he got sick due to too hard running. Therefore, start running slowly that is best approach. You cannot run longer in first week but do not get dishearten because with the passage of time, you may build patience. Also increase your distance as well. Challenge yourself for more and more. Warm up yourself before running and do not forget to stretch. Keep your focus on running and never try to quit. Running is beat exercise to remove your stomach fat and chest becomes beautiful too.
