Weight Loss And Walking

In order to stay healthy, fit and slim, you should stop your laziness. Do not go for fashion diet like pizza and burgers and eat healthy food stuff. The excellent thing is involvement in physical activities and the best activity is walk. You can walk all the time and calculate your daily walking routine and you can reduce many pounds fast. Walking is a great workout and an opportunity to enjoy nature so go for walking as much as possible. Everyone has to walk for his daily activities but for the purpose of fitness and weight reduction then you need to walk faster than your daily routine. It is a good idea to wear heart rate monitor that you make sure that heart rate is up and doing enough. You can walk daily but sometimes it becomes difficult to follow routine workout. In that case, four times in a week is quite enough. But each session should consist of 35 to 40 minutes. You can follow a simple walking schedule like on Monday have 45 minutes, on Tuesday have walk for 30 minutes and on Wednesday go for again 45 minutes of walk. On Thursday, extend it for 60 minutes. On Friday, again 30 minutes of walk that should be little faster. Walking is a great way to reduce weight and get in shape. You should make it sure that you are not harming your body by walking. Some people are smokers or heart patients and brisk walk can harm them like they got their breath held. Hence, it is better to consult a doctor and let him know you’re walking schedule.
