Effective stomach flattening exercises

Determination is the must for you to get fit. Some exercises in your routine life make you a fit person. Getting a flat stomach exercise will therefore must be on the high priority. Once we are prey to fat in the stomach, we are prey to many diseases.

There are some exercises that help you to achieve the flat stomach. The foremost thing you need to do when you going to start an exercise are the postures that are involved in the exercise. Don’t strain the back bones and neck muscles by doing the exercise. The overweighed person should lose some fat around spine and neck muscles to provide more flexibility for the exercises. You can reduce the overweight by having dieting and cardio.

The most popular exercise in stomach flattening is the crunch. Let we start to do this exercise. Lie in the floor, don’t ever lie on the hard surface and it is not good for health. Project your legs towards the hips and make sure that it looks like triangle with the floor. Then keep your hands beside both sides, because it is not advisable to keep your hands behind your head. It will cause some problems to your nerves. Your half body should be on the floor, and then slowly lift your shoulders from the surface. Lift the shoulders slowly for few seconds and get back into the surface. Continue these movements up to 10 to 15 times until you get settled in this exercise. Another variety of this exercise is the twisted crunches and it works well on the side muscles. These two forms of crunch exercises gives you more works on the fats we have in the belly.

Another easy abdominal muscle exercise is the leg lifting. It is particularly works well on the stomach fat and gives you a good result if you continue to do this exercise for long term. Always the starting position seems to be lying on the floor. Raise your leg and the thighs must be right angle to the body. Project your thighs towards your face and start the exhale the air that would pass through stomach, then you have to get back to start position.

Other exercises like bicycle exercise and work outs in gym are proven to be a good solution to stomach flattening. But don’t get yourself with stress by doing these exercises.
