The first simple way is eating 5-6 times a day proven to be a good alternative to 3 times a day. The reason is simple many people having the food as many as they can when they are eating at morning, noon and at night. The recent studies revealed that the consumption of food is reduced when the time gap between the foods taken is reduced .i.e. the food is taken at 5-6 times a day. This generally reduces food consumption and will reduce in less fat.
Another best way is to follow a food program that burns the fat. Protein rich content foods are more advisable to the fat person. A food contains the carbohydrates, sugar and saturated fats in high content are not good for belly fat, perhaps this type of food will generally increase the belly fat. Proteins are rich in foods like vegetables, eggs and fruits. You have to avoid the natural sugar whit sugar or some food that are in white. Fats can also be healthy and they can act as good enzyme to our body. You have to include healthy fats like in fish, nuts, seeds, olive oil, etc.
Drinking lot of water will definitely reduce your fat. Water makes your fat not to gather in one place. Some people may gather the fats because of working without straining their body. This type of situation needs to be taken at most care. They need to drink plenty of water; the reason is simple, degeneration of the water as sweat is not happening. The degenerated water must be intake as water only.
Nothing can match the natural way of reducing belly fat. Liquid form of water as don’t have matches with water. Fruit juices not considered as water content, because it contents lot of sugar that can increase your fat.
